Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: VTMX, BMV: VESTA) is pleased to invite institutional investors and sell-side analysts to Vesta Day 2026, taking place in New York on November 11, 2026. The event will be held in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person attendance and a live webcast.
During the event, Vesta's management team will discuss the Company's business performance, capital allocation priorities, and long-term growth outlook with important updates related to the Company's Route 2030 strategic plan, including recent development projects across key markets and other initiatives driving long-term value creation. The presentations will conclude with a live Q&A session with members of the management team.
On-site registration and a networking breakfast with management will begin at 8:00 am ET, followed by management presentations at 9:00 am ET.

Lorenzo Dominique Berho Carranza
Chief Executive Officer
Lorenzo has served as Vesta's Chief Executive Officer since August 2018, leading the Company's strategic growth and reinforcing its position as one of Mexico's leading industrial real estate developers and owners. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw business operations, property acquisitions, investment analysis, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and co-investment transactions. Earlier in his tenure at Vesta, he held the role of Asset Manager and also served as Vice President of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mexico. Lorenzo holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in real estate from the University of San Diego.

Juan Felipe Sottil Achutegui
Chief Financial Officer
Juan has served as Vesta's Chief Financial Officer since 2009. He oversees Vesta’s finance organization, including capital markets, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and human capital. Prior to joining Vesta, Juan held senior leadership roles across finance and investment management, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Claudia Medina
Corporate Communications Director
Claudia has led Vesta's Corporate Communications function for more than 14 years, overseeing the Company's internal and external communications, corporate branding, digital and social media strategy, and marketing communications. Prior to joining Vesta, she built an extensive career in branding, corporate communications, and strategic consulting, holding senior roles at leading global brand consultancies. Claudia holds a master's degree in Strategy and International Relations from Lancaster University (UK) and completed doctoral studies in Social and Political Sciences, with a focus on Gender Studies, at the University of Cambridge (UK).

Maria Fernanda Bettinger Davó
Investor Relations Director
Fernanda serves as Vesta's Investor Relations Director, leading Vesta's investor relations strategy and engagement with the financial community. She oversees investor communications, financial markets reporting, public disclosures, and debt and equity capital markets communications. Since joining Vesta in 2016 as an Investor Relations Associate, Fernanda has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving as Interim Investor Relations Director before being appointed Investor Relations Officer in 2020. Prior to joining Vesta, she was a Financial Analyst at Discovery Americas. Fernanda holds a bachelor's degree in finance and public accounting from Universidad Anáhuac México.
