Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: VTMX, BMV: VESTA) is pleased to invite institutional investors and sell-side analysts to Vesta Day 2026, taking place in New York on November 11, 2026. The event will be held in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person attendance and a live webcast.
During the event, Vesta's management team will discuss the Company's business performance, capital allocation priorities, and long-term growth outlook with important updates related to the Company's Route 2030 strategic plan, including recent development projects across key markets and other initiatives driving long-term value creation. The presentations will conclude with a live Q&A session with members of the management team.
On-site registration and a networking breakfast with management will begin at 8:30 am ET, followed by management presentations at 9:00 am ET.

Lorenzo Berho
Chief Executive Officer
Lorenzo has served as Vesta's Chief Executive Officer since August 2018, leading the Company's strategic growth and reinforcing its position as one of Mexico's leading industrial real estate developers and owners. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw business operations, property acquisitions, investment analysis, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and co-investment transactions. Earlier in his tenure at Vesta, he held the role of Asset Manager and also served as Vice President of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mexico. Lorenzo holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in real estate from the University of San Diego.
Juan Sottil
Chief Financial Officer
Juan has served as Vesta's Chief Financial Officer since 2009. He oversees Vesta’s finance organization, including capital markets, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and human capital. Prior to joining Vesta, Juan held senior leadership roles across finance and investment management, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rodrigo Cueto
Chief Investment Officer
Rodrigo Cueto Bosch has served as Vesta´s Chief Investment Officer since 2025 and, prior to that role, served as Vesta’s Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Rodrigo has over 20 years of experience in the real estate investment management sector and previously supported Vesta’s FFO growth strategy Senior Vice President of Transactions. Prior to joining Vesta in 2021, he worked at Walton Street Capital for four years in real estate investment management, where he executed successful real estate equity and debt transactions. Prior to that role, he spent 10 years at MetLife Investment Management and at Citigroup, working in real estate finance and capital markets. Rodrigo holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and a diploma from IPADE Business School, both in Mexico City.
Diego Berho
Chief Portfolio Officer
Diego is Vesta’s Chief Portfolio Officer and is responsible for the administration and development of Vesta’s property portfolio. He previously served as Vesta’s VP of Development, managing projects across multiple regions in Mexico and overseeing properties at various stages of development. Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on sustainable development from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a certificate in Real Estate Project Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a LEED Green Associate.
Mario Chacón
Chief Commercial Officer
Mario Chacón has served as Vesta’s Chief Commercial Officer since 2024, overseeing the Company’s nationwide commercial strategy and leasing activities. Previously, Mario served as Senior Vice President of New Business for Vesta’s Northern Region, where he played a key role in expanding the Company’s market presence. Mario joined Vesta in 2016 as Vice President of New Business for the North-Central and Northeast regions. He currently serves on the Ciudad Juárez Economic Development Council and is a founding member of the Chihuahua Economic Development Corporation (EDC), where he serves as Vice President of Industrial Developers. Mario holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico City campus. He has also completed professional development programs and postgraduate coursework in real estate at New York University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Adriana Eguia
Regional Vice President, Northwest Region
Adriana Eguia has more than 20 years of experience in economic development, investment promotion, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Regional Vice President at Vesta and Chair of the Tijuana Economic Development Corporation (EDC), supporting industrial investment and economic growth across northwestern Mexico. Previously, she served as EDC’s CEO and held leadership positions at CaliBaja, the largest integrated economic zone along the U.S.-Mexico border, and Endeavor. Her expertise includes foreign direct investment, cross-border business development, and SME development and growth. Adriana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an MBA, and a master’s degree in Economic Development from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS) University, as well as executive diplomas from Stanford and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
Juan Carlos Cueto
Regional Vice President, Central Region
Juan Carlos has served as Vesta’s Vice President of Mexico’s Central Region since March 2019. Prior to his current role, he served as Vesta’s Vice President of Asset Management, beginning in March 2015. Previously, Juan Carlos held positions in real estate, operations, and consulting at Fibra Uno and Wal-Mart de México y Centroamérica, where he worked for eight years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac and an International MBA from IE Business School.
Adalberto Ortega
Regional Vice President, North Bajío
Adalberto Ortega has served as Regional Vice President at Vesta since 2019, overseeing business development and operations across Aguascalientes, Jalisco, and San Luis Potosí, Mexico. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating development opportunities, overseeing the planning and launch of industrial parks, and implementing commercial strategies to attract and secure tenants. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Vesta’s Vice President of Business Development for the region. Prior to joining Vesta, he served as Deputy Secretary for Investment Promotion and Foreign Trade within the State of Aguascalientes’ Ministry of Economic Development from 2010 to 2016. From 1994 to 2010, he held executive and entrepreneurial roles in the automotive industry and served on the boards of several business and civic organizations.
Laura Ramírez
Director, ESG
Laura is Vesta’s ESG Director and serves on several ESG-related committees within the Company. She oversees Vesta’s ESG strategy and initiatives, supporting the Company’s commitment to sustainability and social investment. Previously, she developed and implemented sustainability and social investment strategies for multinational companies, including Grupo Bimbo, and established dedicated sustainability and ESG functions. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in Applied Public Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also completed specialized programs and coursework at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO), and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). She has more than 17 years of private-sector experience spanning human rights, gender equality, social investment, communications, public relations, sustainability, and corporate governance.
María Fernanda Bettinger
Investor Relations Director
Fernanda serves as Vesta's Investor Relations Director, leading Vesta's investor relations strategy and engagement with the financial community. She oversees investor communications, financial markets reporting, public disclosures, and debt and equity capital markets communications. Since joining Vesta in 2016 as an Investor Relations Associate, Fernanda has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving as Interim Investor Relations Director before being appointed Investor Relations Officer in 2020. Prior to joining Vesta, she was a Financial Analyst at Discovery Americas. Fernanda holds a bachelor's degree in finance and public accounting from Universidad Anáhuac México.
